Our Time in St James, North Carolina
Spring Vaca 2019, Phase 02
Let me tell you what.
I love our home and I adore sweet little Bemus Point, NY, but when I tell you that I heavily considered never leaving St James I’m not kidding.
It’s completely flat there, which makes bike rides far more enjoyable for me personally.
There isn’t a single ugly home within that town. It’s ridiculous how beautifully manicured and landscaped those properties are. I could’ve spent every evening simply walking the streets looking at all the beautiful homes!
You’re SO close to the beach, but not on top of it, which to me is personally an absolute win-win.
Needless to say, we love the area.
But more than that we loved visiting Jackson’s grandparents while we were there.
We ate lots of good food, walked the beach, took plenty of mini bike rides (and one legit one), enjoyed the warm sun, my allergies kicked it into high-gear (yay), and we got to spend some great quality time with family.
It was a wonderful, much needed vacation. :)
Also, Jackson’s parents got a new PUPPY, so scroll down for some quick pics of the newest member to the “Graham Golden-doodle Clan”. We now have 5 Graham-owned Golden-doodles all within a block of one another. Get yourself a Doodle and you’ll understand the obsession, lol.
When your bike is looking good and the lighting is right,
you’ve got to snag a quick shot!
Keep scrolling for those puppy pics…
This bike is the same age as Jackson’s dad.
How crazy cool is that?!
I’ve decided that I’d love to have a bike just like this, maybe in blue or yellow
(although I love the red too), with a wicker basket on the front.
I think it’d be the perfect “ice-cream run” bike, how about you?
